Del and his awesome team did a beautiful job on our multi-level deck. We had numerous discussions with him on the plans and configuration of the decking, railings, skirting and adjacent brick patio. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. Del was very accommodating to our vision and made our dreams come true. He was very helpful in obtaining the required permits (not an easy task in Baltimore City), material selection and geographic design. We had three other contractors review the proposed project who were unable to visualize our concept. Del dove in without any hesitancy and much enthusiasm. His crew was hard working, extremely polite and accommodating. They maintained a clean, uncluttered environment through the entire process. Many neighbors and passers-by have commented on the lovely deck. We are very pleased with the result and have spent many delightful hours on our deck. We would highly recommend Maryland Deckworks!

The construction advice we got from Del was right on the money - he pointed out serious problems we didn't even know we had in our existing deck. The price represented a good value. The work crew was fantastic; we got tired just watching them. They built a 16x16 deck in just one day and left the site spotless. A very VERY strong recommendation to use them for your deck project.

Del and his team were incredibly knowledgeable and brought forth some great ideas to create an open air back porch with the height I wanted! It’s hard to find a company that is responsive, timely and creative and does great work! Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about doing a deck project!
