Looking to replace original deck that was built in 1985 on my home and replace it with new deck with screen in porch. I received 4 estimates for my deck and screened-in porch, and Maryland Deck Works was on the higher end. After dealing with another mid-priced contractor on another project, I realized how important it was to choose someone who could truly deliver exceptional workmanship. Choosing Del and his team turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

Del designed a layout that exceeded my expectations, including making the deck and screened-in porch floors perfectly level. My previous deck had a step down because of my home's interior floor height, but Del came up with a creative solution so everything flows seamlessly now. The foundation they built is incredibly solid - another contractor working on my neighbor's house even commented that it was one of the best structures he had ever seen. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of their work.

The only drawback was the wait time before the project started, but Del was upfront about his schedule from the beginning, and the results were absolutely worth it.
